Trading since 1993, Bound Around Ltd is an independent family-run business.
We have the capabilities to manufacture most types of paper-over-board and cloth bound products by hand, with foil blocking and die-cutting facilities within our own bindery.
Our finishing department is able to offer machine fitting of ring metals and press-studs, and hand affixing of pockets and mounting of rudder struts to showcards.
Bound Around Ltd is able to bind using a variety of papers, book cloths, synthetic binding materials and reconstituted leathers. We also manufacture in book cloths, pvc coated papers and sewn-edge P.U.
We specialize in the manufacture of a wide range of paper over board products for the trade. All of our products are custom-made to order.
We deal exclusively with the printing, binding, stationery, marketing, advertising and allied trades, which gives us a unique position of trust among our customer base.
All of our business is generated by word of mouth and recommendation within the trade, and we do not advertise our services.
We don’t employ salesmen or representatives, meaning we can offer best prices due to our low overheads. But that doesn’t mean a drop in our standards.
We do not sub-contract our binding work, meaning we take full control and responsibility for the products we produce.
We regularly manufacture ring binders, slipcases, presentation / library boxes, magazine binders, postlock binders, menu covers, show cards, games boards and boxes, single-section sewn hard cover books, duplexed cards and papers, in fact pretty much everything possible with cardboard and binding engineering.
We can foil block or de-boss the covers in-house, and fit press-studs, hook and loop fasteners or concealed magnets. We can supply and fit metal corners and self adhesive clear pockets, form pockets from card, and fit showcard rudder struts, as well as edge sew in thread.
